Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Description & Requirements

• 2 years min Tele Experience required
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Weekend Requirement: 3 shifts in a 4 week period
• Holidays: work in to perm staff rotation
• Floating: Observation, VMU, T6, T5, 6N, 5N MedSurg, all MS and Tele units
• Floor specific orientation: 2 shifts
• BSN Required: False
• License to Submit: Yes, willing to wait
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXP
• Travel Teams must have their own vehicles
• Must have natural hair color and no facial piercings
• Men must clean shave for fit test
• Shifts: 12 hrs
