Collaborate with Regional Director and store leaders for decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3+ years of prior Retail Store Leader experience
Strong single unit performance
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years experience in multi-unit retail management role
