Key Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues
Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education
Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to personnel
Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice
Required Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
