• Shift Options:
  • Day: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Mid: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Flex Option: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Traveler must be flexible; exact shift assigned during interview
• Schedule: 5x8s (40 hours/week guaranteed) – mix of 8s and 12s
• Weekends: Every other weekend required
• Contract Length: ~13 weeks (91 days)
• Start Date: Modified Time: 9/29/2025

• Experience:
  • 1.5–2 years recent LTC or Critical Access experience within the last year
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Certifications:
  • BLS – Required
  • ACLS – Required
  • IV Certification – Preferred
• License:
  • MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION (no pending licenses accepted)
  • Proof required
• References: 2 required at time of submission
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• Flu Vaccine: Unknown
