As a General Manager at Wendy's, you will oversee restaurant operations, lead and develop staff, and ensure the highest standards of customer service and food safety. You'll be instrumental in driving sales and profitability while creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operations and staff of the restaurant
Ensure execution of Company policies and procedures
Provide leadership, direction, training, and development
Maximize restaurant sales goals versus budget and prior year
Train and monitor food safety procedures
Evaluate restaurant performance and implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry
Ability to learn and apply HR Policies and Procedures
Demonstrated experience in Supervisory practices
Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local employment laws
Ability to achieve Serve Safe Certification
Preferred Qualifications
P&L analysis and corrective measures
Experience in interviewing and identifying High Performing candidates
Ability to execute training and development practices
