Job Description
As a Market Director at Randstad, you will drive business growth and market differentiation by executing strategic sales plans and leading your team to deliver superior customer experiences. You'll establish key client relationships, set performance standards, and inspire your team in a digitally-driven marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Lead vision, strategy, and performance of the team
Grow major accounts and accelerate new key account growth
Establish and maintain relationships with clients
Set performance targets and plans for the team
Meet talent and client satisfaction scores
Work with Delivery Manager for talent strategy
Analyze data and address performance gaps
Provide expertise in value-based pricing and negotiations
Encourage adoption of new tools and processes
Foster a culture of accountability and professional development
Recruit, select, onboard, and train new employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of experience in the staffing industry or selling into the manufacturing sector
5+ years of people management experience
Proven ability to generate new business through strategic prospecting
Strong people management skills
Charismatic leader with motivational ability
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations
Exceptional professionalism and communication skills
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Innovative and adaptable with the ability to navigate ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to influence senior-level management
