Job Description

As a Global Supply Chain Product Leader at Sanofi, you'll drive E2E supply chain strategies for key products, ensuring optimal service, cost, and inventory management. Join a leading healthcare company committed to innovation and improving lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for E2E Supply Chain strategy for specific products
  • Defines and manages supply chain policies and inventory levels
  • Represents product supply in global IBP process and committees
  • Drives new product launches and lifecycle management programs
  • Leads recovery planning for supply continuity
  • Promotes technical solutions for supply planning optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a Scientific discipline
  • 8+ years in manufacturing or supply in biopharmaceutical industry or other FDA regulated industry
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a complex global work environment
  • 5+ years conducting data-driven analysis and communicating findings to management
  • 4+ years managing financials and budgeting
  • 4+ years experience in product launches or transitions
  • 4+ years experience in lifecycle management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced understanding of the Integrated Business Planning process
  • 8+ years of demand forecast or supply management experience
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submissions process
  • Knowledge of systems and tools such as Kinaxis, dVSM, and PLAI
  • 8+ years of successful experience working in matrix environments
  • Apply TRT (Thoughtful Risking Taking) methodology
  • Strategic thinking with a comprehensive approach to supply chain
  • Capacity to work transversally
  • APICS certification
