Key Responsibilities
Teach classes on behalf of Deans and teacher-leaders
Provide substitute teaching coverage
Plan and deliver instruction
Support students with tutoring and small group instruction
Observe Master Teachers to improve instructional techniques
Assist with classroom responsibilities and student events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Drive to improve the minds and lives of students
Self-motivation and team player
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in schools and/or urban communities
Demonstrated passion for working with K-12 students
