Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with regulations and guidelines
Ensure nursing personnel comply with policies and procedures
Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation
Participate in orientation of new residents/family members
Make rounds with health care provider
Complete daily clinical and environmental rounds
Resolve issues with residents and/or family members
Participate in facility surveys as requested
May be responsible for clinical programs as directed
Required Qualifications
Current and active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in Washington state
Experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
Proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding English
