Key Responsibilities
Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions
Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist physicians
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients
Document comprehensive patient information
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care plans
Manage multiple patients efficiently
Ensure infection control practices are followed
Advocate for patients' needs and preferences
Facilitate discharge planning
Perform other duties as assigned
Adhere to hospital safety protocols
Required Qualifications
One year of recent Med Tele RN experience
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
Preferred Qualifications
NIHSS certification
ACLS (AHA / ARC) certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required
