Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse
Document outcomes related to resident care and medication administration
Communicate changing conditions and care concerns to the charge nurse
Assist with food preparation and dining experiences
Provide housekeeping and laundry services
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing (for applicable states)
Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
