Job Description

Intuit is seeking a Senior Tax Expert to work remotely this tax season. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of tax filing experience and an active PTIN, enabling them to provide exceptional service to clients using TurboTax products while enjoying a range of company benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document customer interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

Active PTIN
Unrestricted credential (EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney)
Minimum 2 years of paid tax filing experience
Experience with commercial tax preparation software
Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of tax laws
