Job Description
Join AdventHealth as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Home Health, where you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, ensuring compliance with health standards and supporting families through their care plans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in home health settings
Perform wound care and medication oversight
Observe, record, and report patient conditions
Ensure compliance with home health policies and regulatory standards
Communicate with team members about patient's clinical condition
Required Qualifications
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Upon Hire
Active American Heart Association BLS
Valid Driver License
IV Certified
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of Home Health nursing experience
1 year of clinical experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
