  • Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm clinic hours
  • All ages welcome -- accepts IM or FM adult-only providers
  • IUD placement/removal, Nexplanon, and foot procedures required
  • Hospital privileges required

  • Clinic closed on federal holidays
