Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing key accounts in the Banking & Financial Services sector. You'll support the Client Partner, drive client satisfaction, and enhance account profitability while leading a collaborative team to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Understand client environments, issues, and priorities
  • Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
  • Drive RFPs/proactive bids for renewals, extensions, and expansion
  • Track BFS industry trends and bring forward proactive ideas
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
  • Responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
  • Lead onsite project teams to ensure understanding of client environment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience managing Client P&L of $15+ million
  • Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders up to C-Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS or MBA degree
  • Strong background in a project environment and application development in BFS
  • Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage complex assignments
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities
