Key Responsibilities
Supervise a small group of physical therapists, aides, and students
Evaluate and treat a broad spectrum of patients
Communicate with staff members, physicians, and other disciplines
Attend team meetings and contribute to patient care and discharge planning
Complete required administrative forms and document patient evaluations
Develop and implement treatment plans and educate patients and caregivers
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an approved school of Physical Therapy
At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist I
BLS - Basic Life Support Certification from AHA
Current Licensure with the California Board of Physical Therapy
Preferred Qualifications
Two years or more of recent experience in a clinical setting related to supervision
