Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of construction installation projects
Coach and mentor technicians
Order materials and equipment for projects
Monitor financials for each project
Visit project sites and customers 70%-80% of the time
Provide vision, leadership, and direction to the installation department
Set and manage productivity and performance expectations for direct reports
Ensure safety and industry training is current and documented
Maintain schedule of installers and track hours assigned to projects
Provide project status updates during WIP meetings
Conduct regular job site safety walkthroughs and EHS evaluations
Attend construction meetings and interface with end-users, architects, and general contractors
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of management experience dealing with Fire Alarm Installation in commercial industry
Certifications in Fire Alarm, Access Controls, CCTV
Project Management experience
Estimating Experience
Knowledge of P&L
Experience or knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products
Good written and oral communication skills
Proficient in the use of personal computers
Preferred Qualifications
NICET Certification license 3 or greater
