Travel Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Hartford, KY
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift Length: 8.5 hours/day (includes 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks)
Position Overview:
A facility in Hartford, KY is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel contract. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with both in-patients and out-patients , delivering high-quality, individualized rehabilitation care.
Requirements:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience with inpatient and outpatient populations preferred
Assignment Highlights:
