Key Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive evaluations and crafting tailored treatment plans
Implementing evidence-based interventions to maximize functional outcomes
Reassessing progress and guiding discharge planning
Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and partnering closely with families and caregivers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred
Relevant intern experience
