Key Responsibilities
Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status and activities of daily living
Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws
Evaluate the patient’s functional status and occupational therapy needs
Consult with the physician in the development of the therapy plan of care
Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of GA
Current CPR certification
Current driver's license
Vehicle insurance
Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
