Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure guest and employee satisfaction
  • Support direct reports in operational roles
  • Manage revenue, labor, and COGS
  • Coordinate with culinary leads for quality checks and menu changes
  • Maintain food and beverage menus and promotional materials
  • Manage timecards and payroll compliance
  • Conduct monthly audits for liquor control certifications
  • Create weekly schedules aligned with business levels and budgets
  • Ensure equipment and facility maintenance
  • Conduct inventory counts and manage cost center transfers
  • Recruit, coach, and support team members
  • Participate in training and meetings

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years leadership experience managing high volume restaurant/bar
  • Bartending and serving experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Food Handler's Certification
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Host/Hostess
  • Experience using OpenTable and managing waitlists/reservations
  • Experience as a Food Expeditor
