Key Responsibilities
Engage guests through product preparation, active sampling and suggestive selling
Demonstrate superior guest service and storytelling about products
Show knife skills in the Pick & Prep area
Operate Pick & Prep area according to standards
Ensure product quality meets company standards
Maintain sanitation and safety standards
Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, merchandising and guest service
Make PA announcements
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to actively engage guests
Ability to work well with others
Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to read and understand information and direction
Knowledge of Pick & Prep operations
Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job including knife skills
Effective communication, guest service and selling skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods
Ability to effectively communicate with supervision
