Urgent Care PA Needed in West Virginia at Alumni Healthcare Staffing summary:
Seeking a Board Certified Physician Assistant with active West Virginia licensure to provide urgent care services including treatment of minor injuries and common illnesses. Duties include performing diagnostic tests such as X-rays and EKGs, and providing independent patient care across multiple sites within a 30-mile radius. The role requires weekend and evening shifts with travel between locations in Princeton and Fayetteville, WV.
- Requirements: Board Certified, Active WV License, ACLS, BLS.
- Schedule: Mon - Sun 8a-8p, up to 12 shifts per month.

- Provider will see patients with cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, minor burns, they may do splints, Xrays/EKGs, drawing blood and I&Ds. Typical Urgent Care assignment, anything high acuity will get referred to the local ER
- provider will travel between this site, Princeton, and Fayetteville - sites are no more than 30mi apart
- Provider must be willing to work independently (no supervision)
