Job Description

Join Quill as a Customer Sales Account Manager and drive sales for a growing customer base. Utilize your sales expertise to acquire new business and manage existing accounts while working in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales while managing current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Create and maintain a solid understanding of accounts and strategic growth plans
  • Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage pipeline
  • Know products, customers, and vertical markets
  • Execute sales strategies through various communication channels
  • Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Must have the availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
