Job Description

Join DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital as a Radiologic Technologist and contribute to providing exceptional medical care in a top-ranked healthcare facility. You will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiological exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment
Verify patient identity and review medical records
Interview patients to obtain and verify medical history
Explain procedures to patients, including risks and benefits
Set up equipment and acquire images as per script
Review images and communicate data to radiologist
Recognize and respond to medical emergencies
Provide post care instructions to patients
Participate in process improvement activities
Provide imaging education to residents and new employees
Able to take call/standby as required

Required Qualifications

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training
