Key Responsibilities
Inspect and maintain air-conditioning and HVAC systems
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions
Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment
Service refrigeration equipment
Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems
Assemble and install metal ductwork
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain records
Identify and mitigate risks for a safe working environment
Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards
Required Qualifications
2+ years practical working experience in the HVAC Industry
Ability to Push / Pull / Lift 50lbs
Must be able to stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended periods of time
Climb a ladder and work on rooftops
High School Diploma/GED
Possess and maintain valid and current Driver's License
Must be a current union member or willing to join a union
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of building automation controls
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using Salesforce and ServiceMax
