Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer the restorative nursing program within the facility.
Assess patient health, develop, and implement restorative care plans to promote patients' health and well-being.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to integrate restorative care with other healthcare services.
Educate and support patients and their families regarding restorative care processes.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding restorative nursing practices.
Required Qualifications
Valid LPN license in Alabama
Experience in restorative care or a similar rehabilitative nursing role
Strong understanding of restorative care principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care
Commitment to working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
