Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide necessary clinical interventions
Complete client assessments and evaluate clients' functioning
Develop safety plans and provide individual and family counseling
Advocate on behalf of residents with service providers
Participate in weekly case conferences and regular staff meetings
Complete timely documentation of resident interactions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness
Knowledge of local and state health and human service systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
