Job Description

Join Grifols as a Senior Manager, Field Marketing to lead initiatives that enhance donor engagement and optimize experiences in our plasma donation centers. Utilize your strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive impactful marketing campaigns while collaborating with local teams to improve healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of in-center activations and event logistics
  • Align activation strategies with center-specific needs
  • Track center’s performance and oversee marketing impact
  • Visit donation centers to assess local needs and gather insights
  • Develop initiatives aligned with local insights
  • Work closely with center managers to tailor marketing efforts
  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials
  • Support in-center marketing activities
  • Provide hands-on execution of local strategies
  • Manage relationships with local businesses
  • Travel 50% of the time with a minimum of 4-8 center visits per month
  • Oversee a team of 9 employees
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Typically 8 years of previous experience in field marketing, event management, or local activations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialized training in Field Marketing, Brand Activation, or Customer Engagement Strategies
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas
  • Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Experience in engaging and managing third-party providers
