Job Description

Join Boeing as a Senior Regional Culture and Engagement Specialist and play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture. You will execute and adapt culture initiatives, collaborating closely with HR and local leaders to enhance employee engagement and drive organizational values across various locations in Washington.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute culture and engagement initiatives in the assigned region
  • Partner with HR and site leaders to design localized strategies
  • Support the rollout of new culture initiatives
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding of culture programs
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with regional HR partners
  • Provide local teams with resources and guidance for culture transformation
  • Conduct focus groups and site assessments
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for culture and engagement inquiries
  • Collaborate with local business resource groups
  • Collect and analyze regional engagement data
  • Prepare regional reports for local HR and site leaders
  • Monitor participation rates and engagement metrics
  • Track regional Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Manage regional aspects of global culture projects
  • Support planning and execution of regional components of initiatives
  • Share regional best practices with the enterprise culture and engagement team

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working in the assigned geographic region with understanding of local business culture and practices
  • Experience with culture initiatives, employee programs, or community building
  • Experience with HR systems and employee data management
  • Experience with survey platforms and employee engagement tools
