Job Description
As the Maintenance Supervisor for UniFirst, you will lead and participate in repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment management within a dynamic facility. Key Responsibilities
General oversight of Maintenance Technicians and department compliance
Responsible for department project/plan creation and implementation
General facility and machine maintenance including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automated equipment
Perform new electrical/mechanical installations and modifications
Monitor and maintain accurate spare parts inventory
Operate various mobile or powered industrial equipment
Participate and lead in plant-wide safety activities
Lead maintenance team partners to accomplish objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ Years of Relevant Industrial Maintenance/Electrical Experience or equivalent
Associates Degree in applied science or equivalent from 2 Year College or Technical School
Basic Computer Knowledge
Strong leadership skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Competent problem solver
Broad maintenance skillset
Technical expertise
Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Hands-on experience
Great negotiation skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instructions
