Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in a team environment to execute capital projects
Manage mechanical aspects of projects including design and project management
Develop solutions to improve equipment reliability and safety
Create and maintain sustainable documentation
Design solutions complying with ISO 14001 and EHS initiatives
Provide capital cost estimates and project timelines
Deliver technical support to Production and Maintenance departments
Coordinate with engineering, production, maintenance, and supply management teams
Manage outside engineering and construction personnel
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years' experience for level II Engineer
5+ years' experience for level III Engineer
Strong desire to take ownership of tasks and deliver results
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Good judgment, self-motivation, and commitment to safety
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Flexibility to handle diverse assignments
Ability to perform hands-on work and collaborate on the shop floor
Preferred Qualifications
Technically proficient in CAD modeling (Solid Edge, AutoCAD)
Willingness to occasionally work off shifts and travel
