Job Description

Join BoldAge PACE as an Occupational Therapist and enhance the quality of life for seniors. You will plan and implement therapy services, ensuring participants achieve their rehabilitation goals while working in a supportive, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate participants' functional abilities and rehabilitation needs
  • Recommend and coordinate adaptive equipment and therapy services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver OT interventions across various settings
  • Educate participants and caregivers on equipment use and home safety
  • Maintain documentation of assessments and treatment
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Train staff in safe OT practices
  • Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school
  • Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state
  • Two years of experience working on an interdisciplinary team in a hospital, nursing home or community-based setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
