Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to local teams and leadership
Coach and mentor on-site Directors of Admissions and business development teams
Conduct routine community visits with weekly travel (3-4 days per week)
Analyze regional market trends and identify growth opportunities
Contribute to quarterly business planning and marketing strategy development
Participate in system-wide sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in census development
Referral relationship management
Team coaching
Previous experience as an Area or Regional Sales & Business Development Manager in long-term care, post-acute, or senior living
Must reside in the greater Rio Grande Valley or Corpus Christi, TX region
Able to travel throughout the assigned territory regularly
