Job Description

As a Client Development Manager at Randstad, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure, and expand new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans
  • Maintain client relationships and promote Randstad's leadership
  • Manage the sales process and maintain a database of qualified contacts
  • Acquire new clients and expand business within existing accounts
  • Negotiate staffing agreements and contracts
  • Collaborate with clients to develop staffing strategies
  • Ensure accurate activity tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of business experience and/or
  • 2+ years of business to business sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related fields
  • CAP, PACE Certification
  • Previous experience in Business Administration, Office Management
