Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment strategy and process for assigned area
Develop and implement recruiting and retention tracking tools
Measure success of campaign effectiveness and design new campaigns
Conduct cold calls and informational screening meetings
Conduct and attend networking and marketing events
Raise awareness in the community to source potential Mentors
Conduct orientation and home study evaluations
Monitor and maintain allocated marketing budget
Maintain appropriate records in compliance with requirements
Record and report on recruitment efforts and pipeline activity
Work with Program Manager and Coordinator to facilitate match meetings
Compile application packet for certification process
Develop informational activities regarding company services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Marketing, or Business
Three years of related experience
Current driver’s license in good standing
Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required by state
Current license (LBSW, LMSW, LCSW or LCSW-C) as required by state
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
