Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver high-quality customer service
Enforce food preparation and handling procedures
Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
Work closely with management for coordination
Troubleshoot issues related to staff, equipment, or customer service
Enhance guest experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
Ensure guests receive prompt and friendly service
Monitor cleanliness and organization of units
Provide feedback and coaching to associates
Evaluate associates for promotion recommendations
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of Food and Beverage Operations experience in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Professional, outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service or retail
Comfortable with POS System
