Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Enforce food preparation and handling procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
  • Work closely with management for coordination
  • Troubleshoot issues related to staff, equipment, or customer service
  • Enhance guest experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
  • Ensure guests receive prompt and friendly service
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of units
  • Provide feedback and coaching to associates
  • Evaluate associates for promotion recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Food and Beverage Operations experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Professional, outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service or retail
  • Comfortable with POS System
