Job Description
Join Healthcare Services Group as a Clinical Dietitian, where you'll manage nutritional services in a long-term care facility, impacting community health. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with comprehensive benefits and career development.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.
Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver's License.
