Key Responsibilities

• Assisting CNAs in performing ADL and routine care
• Conducting resident/patient treatments
• Administering medication according to physician orders
• Submitting pharmacy orders
• Documenting and recording all information accurately
• Giving injections of medication as prescribed
• Observing resident health and communicating with RNs and physicians
• Taking vital signs
• Basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging
• Managing IVs and monitoring fluid intake/output
• Reporting resident accidents and incidents
• Assisting in the admissions process
