Key Responsibilities
Complete set processes and protocols
Support the care team in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals
Document patient information accurately
Schedule appointments and referrals
Maintain cleanliness of the front office
Ensure proper handling of patient documents
Required Qualifications
1+ years of medical front office experience
Beginner level proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Independent means of transportation
Ability to travel 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience with knowledge of Nevada medical insurances
Cash handling experience
Experience working with an electronic health record
Knowledge of medical terminology
Bilingual in Spanish/English
