Key Responsibilities

  • Complete set processes and protocols
  • Support the care team in meeting financial, clinical, and service goals
  • Document patient information accurately
  • Schedule appointments and referrals
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front office
  • Ensure proper handling of patient documents

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of medical front office experience
  • Beginner level proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Independent means of transportation
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience with knowledge of Nevada medical insurances
  • Cash handling experience
  • Experience working with an electronic health record
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
