Key Responsibilities
Formulates comprehensive treatment program by evaluating patient’s past medical history
Prioritize patient care needs

Required Qualifications
Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program
Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration
Preferred Qualifications
1 year physical therapy experience preferred
