Job Description
Join Genuine Parts Company as a Site Manager to oversee supply chain operations at customer locations. You'll ensure inventory management, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain site organization and cleanliness. This role is essential in supporting various industries including automotive and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory protection and asset management
Minimize inventory shrinkage through proper processes
Provide high-level customer service
Fulfill work order requests from customers
Review daily reports to meet fill rate requirements
Ensure proper use of non-company line codes
Bar code inventory and organize stock location
Maintain cleanliness of the site
Address customer sales/service concerns
Coordinate with local management on reconciliation items
Comply with company policies
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent
Parts knowledge in Fire, EMS or related industries
Strong personal drive and ability to source hard to find items
Ability to use internet search, catalogs, blueprints for sourcing
