Key Responsibilities
Perform account maintenance and billing reconciliation
Identify, research and reconcile billing payments
Set up and maintain member data
Ensure bills are correct and mailed timely
Interact with benefit administrators and resolve issues
Assist in sales process and problem resolution related to membership accounting
Provide office services support and perform miscellaneous tasks
Collect and monitor productivity and customer service quality measures
Participate in team-based projects and contribute to improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting, finance or related field
Proficiency in math, data entry, typing, spelling and grammar
Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment
Successful customer service track record
Ability to diagnose, analyze and solve problems
Clear and professional communication skills
Computer experience in a PC Windows-based environment
