Project Manager – Manufacturing

I'm working with a leading medical device contract manufacturer in Cranston, RI—part of a company known for producing precision components and assemblies that support life-saving technologies across MedTech, diagnostics, and drug delivery markets.

This is your chance to lead high-impact projects inside a cutting-edge facility where your work will directly affect both product performance and patient outcomes .

What You'll Do

• Manage complex manufacturing projects from kickoff to completion—on time, on scope, and on budget
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Develop timelines, allocate resources, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Monitor progress, address risks, and drive continuous improvement
• Prepare updates, documentation, and presentations for leadership

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience managing projects in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and similar tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills

Other Desired Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA)
