Job Details:
• Work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
• 12-week contract assignment split between two locations: 6 weeks at Wilson location followed by 6 weeks at Goldsboro location • Perform outpatient vascular ultrasound procedures • Generate ultrasound images of the heart and vascular related structures • Deliver pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care including patient assessment and emergency cardiac care • Monitor and record patient information and maintain report storage and data systems • Ensure equipment calibration and proper daily maintenance • Perform and record all equipment maintenance and quality assurance monitoring • Prepare procedure room and equipment for daily use with efficient room turnover between procedures • Assist with post-procedure transport as needed • Compile and enter data for charge entry and prepare reports • May perform staff training and education duties • Minimum 2 years of experience required as Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)• Required certifications: CPR and one of the following - RDCS certified through ARDMS or RCS, ACS and RCCS certified through CCI • Required education: Accredited Associate's Degree in Sonography, Radiology or related field OR completion of 12-month ultrasound programFacility:
