Join Quill, a leader in office supplies, as a B2B Sales Representative focused on driving revenue growth in the Philadelphia area. This remote position emphasizes building customer relationships and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size and potential
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Create engaging presentations using marketing collateral
  • Attend events to represent Quill and win new customers
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new education customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management upon customer commitment
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek constant improvement through coaching
  • Positively impact culture and team dynamics
  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
