Job Description

Join Advanced Technology Services as a Senior Field Service Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you'll perform expert maintenance and optimization on industrial equipment. Leverage your extensive experience to troubleshoot complex systems and lead training for junior technicians, all while ensuring safety and reliability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance
  • Identify and source parts, supplies, and repair items
  • Independently perform maintenance as per industry standards
  • Optimize maintenance and preventative procedures with customer counterparts
  • Setup and operate machining operations and perform welding tasks
  • Document work performed in service reports and management systems
  • Assist lower-level technicians and provide training
  • Troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems
  • Utilize advanced maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data
  • Conduct on-the-job training and technical self-study programs

Required Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • Associates degree with a Technical focus and 10 years of related experience in specific industry or 12 years of experience in specific industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized tools
  • Extensive travel required (Local, National, International)

  • Experience in condition based maintenance techniques
  • Experience in precision mechanical alignments
  • Experience in maintenance of applicable process equipment
  • Experience in programmable logic controllers
  • Experience in field device troubleshooting
  • Experience in maintenance of electrical drive and motor systems
