Job Description
Join Providence Health and Services as an RN Coordinator specializing in Infusion. In this full-time role, you'll coordinate patient care and provide vital nursing services for infusion therapy, making a meaningful impact on patients' lives through collaboration and support.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and coordination of new referrals
Phone triage of existing patients
Provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy
Collaboration with various providers, patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors
Required Qualifications
Oregon Registered Nurse License
Washington Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
3 years Home Infusion nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
