Radiology Technologist- X-Ray Tech - Full Time - Evenings

In this role, the Radiology Technologist will perform a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to obtain required images for a radiological diagnosis. This position will cover Inpatient X-ray, ER X-ray, and OR. Responding appropriately to professional staff and patient demands.  Assisting management in sustaining a high quality of service.

This is a full time position, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, working Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am.

Preferred Criteria:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) strongly preferred

• Previous experience in general Diagnostic Radiology

Required Criteria:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography Technologist program.

• High School Diploma/GED

• N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License

• New Graduates: Temporary license required and must supply exam date prior to start of employment. New York State Radiologic Technologist license must be obtained within six months of hire

$43.62-$53.27/Hourly
