Key Responsibilities
Provide health care services using radionuclides to assist in diagnosis and treatment
Perform a wide variety of nuclear medicine procedures and computer processing of data
Exercise professional judgment in the performance of services
Maintain a demeanor complementary to medical ethics while providing appropriate care
Required Qualifications
Completion of an AMA approved radiologic technologist training program
National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board upon hire
California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
6 months of experience during the last year or a minimum of 2 years full-time experience with an absence from nuclear medicine of no more than 1 year
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience in nuclear medicine (not required if recent graduate from an approved technician training program)
